Kathy
I would just like to thank my project mentor Kathy for all her help. She is an amazing cook and a great teacher. I am very lucky to have her giving me cooking tips.
Chicken parm.
It is now offial chicken parm is the best thing to makes when you're in a bad mood. You get to hit the chicken with a mallet and it is amazing. This is a great thing to make it is good and not too time comsuming. I got my recipe from the joy of cooking on page 428. By the way that is amazing cookbook for the basics.
Profiteroles
I just made an amazing dessert for my class it was a kind of Italian cream puff it was awesome. If you make this then make sure you keep the cream on the stove long enough otherwise it is runny. They were light and fluffy and I loved them. They were time consuming so make sure you have enough time to make them!

Pastas
Sorry I don't have the recipe up yet but here is the review for stuffed shells. The stuffed shells were amazing there were my favorite dinner ever!! they were also very popular with my family I got five stars from everyone. For me that is surprising seeing that the stuffing had spinach in it which is over all one of his least favorite veggies. Also it is one of my least favorite veggies but I did not even notice it. I thought that this meal was a fantastic success for me.

Review for fettuccine alfredo with fresh noodles
On the week of 11/20 I made fettuccine Alfredo. I made my own noodles for the first time and it was mind blowing! I loved how easy the pasta maker was to use and I also loved the taste. My dad said it was exquisite he loved the noodles and thought the cheese was thick but delicious. On the presentation he was late so missed that part of the meal. I left the cheese lumpy because of personal preference and that was greatly scorned by my mother but my father loved it. He gave the meal a five star review that he is a very picky man. My brother is six so his comments don't get to detailed. he said the taste was good the presentation was great and it was too cheesy. He gave the meal four out of five stars. My fifteen year old sister was gone for the meal but I made her pasta and she said it tasted really good. She gave the pasts four out of five stars. My mother probably had the most to say about the meal. She loved the taste of the meal and thought it was really good. But even with that she kept mentioning the lumpy sauce. she said the presentation was fair because of the sauce and it's bumpy complexion. She said that she would have preferred a salad with the meal. Surprisingly, she gave it four out of five stars
